Content Creator (Full-Time, Dubai)

Make short-form video and carousels for zamani and Coloring Palestine. Heritage-led brands sold in 25+ countries.

one bit builds and runs heritage-led consumer brands. Our two flagships:

  • zamani, smartwatch bands inspired by Palestinian, Khaleeji, Saudi, Egyptian, Indian and other cultures. Sold in 25+ countries.
  • Coloring Palestine, coloring books and art celebrating Palestinian heritage. Sold globally on Amazon and our own store.

We move fast. We launch products in under two weeks. We test everything. We have grown both brands from zero, and content is now the highest-leverage thing we do.

What you’ll do

  • Make 8 to 10 short-form videos per week for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Heritage stories, behind-the-scenes, “get ready with me,” product-in-context. Not standalone product shots.
  • Film and edit on your phone. CapCut is fine. We don’t need cinema.
  • Build carousel posts that tell heritage stories. This is our highest-performing format, past posts have hit 25K+ reach.
  • Produce 10 to 15 ad-creative variations a month from our top-performing concepts (hook swaps, format changes, text overlays). This is the work that directly moves revenue.
  • Run daily Instagram Stories. Polls, BTS, customer reposts.

You probably are

  • Already making content people watch. Send us your TikTok and we will watch it.
  • Comfortable on camera, or know how to make others comfortable on camera.
  • Fluent in TikTok and Instagram trends. You know what is currently working in the GCC, not just what worked last year.
  • Arabic-speaking is a strong plus.
  • Genuinely interested in MENA heritage, design, and cultural storytelling. Not just “content for any brand.”
  • Already living in the UAE with valid work authorization (residence visa, golden visa, family-sponsored, freelance permit, or similar). We are not sponsoring visas for this role.

Bonus

  • Photography eye, Adobe suite, motion graphics, AI tools (Nano Banana, Runway, Kling). Any of these accelerate you.
  • E-commerce experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon).
  • Pinterest experience for our Coloring Palestine work.

The role

  • Full-time, on-site at our Dubai office.
  • You will work directly with the founder. Small team, fast feedback loop, real ownership.
  • No visa sponsorship. You must already have the right to work in the UAE.
  • Compensation: 5,000 to 8,000 AED/month, depending on portfolio and experience.
